How GHRP-2 Works

Pralmorelin binds the ghrelin receptor in the pituitary and hypothalamus, and the published pharmacokinetic work put its half-life at 25.2 to 41.4 minutes after intravenous dosing, which is why daily injection is the convention rather than weekly.
