Prolactin management is critical when using 19-nor compounds (trenbolone, nandrolone/deca). These steroids can elevate prolactin levels, potentially causing sexual dysfunction, lactation, and mood issues. Cabergoline (Dostinex) at 0.25 - 0.5 mg twice per week effectively controls prolactin. Pramipexole is an alternative dopamine agonist used in similar protocols.

Liver support is essential during oral steroid cycles, as 17-alpha-alkylated compounds (Dianabol, Anavar, Winstrol, Anadrol) pass through the liver. TUDCA (tauroursodeoxycholic acid) at 500 - 1,000 mg/day and NAC (N-acetyl cysteine) at 600 - 1,200 mg/day are the most effective hepatoprotective agents.
