Product overview
Letroplex 2.5 mg Letrozole Tablets
Letroplex is letrozole at 2.5 mg per tablet, a prescription aromatase inhibitor that decreases the amount of estrogen produced by the body. It is the strongest inhibitor kept on the shelf: the one used when estrogen is still running high next to a testosterone base, and the one stepped away from once the flare has settled. Supplied in boxes of 100 tablets with U.S. domestic and international delivery.
- 2.5 mg per tablet - 100 tablets per box
- Nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor
- GMP-manufactured - pharmaceutical-grade production standards
- HPLC-verified - batch-tested, COA on file
How Letrozole Works
Letrozole lowers circulating estrogen by blocking the aromatase enzyme that turns androgens into estrogen. In treatment it is taken once a day with or without food, at around the same time every day, and the course can run for years. On a cycle it runs with a testosterone base such as Testaplex, where a heavy dose flattens estrogen quickly and takes libido and joints with it, so short blocks and low amounts are the rule rather than the exception.
Its place is the flare, not routine high-dose use. A short block is followed by a step down to a daily option such as Exeplex or to Arimiplex every other day, and a SERM such as Tamoxiplex covers the tissues rather than the enzyme when tenderness is the main problem.

FAQ
Before you ask
Questions, answered
Letroplex is letrozole, a nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor that decreases the amount of estrogen produced by the body. In medicine it is used to treat hormone-sensitive breast cancer in postmenopausal women. On a cycle the same mechanism is used to bring high estrogen in line, and its strength means it is reserved for the point where a milder inhibitor has not been enough.
One Letroplex tablet is 2.5 mg. As a prescription medicine letrozole is taken once a day with or without food, at around the same time every day, for months or years. On-cycle protocols use a fraction of the tablet or a full tablet for a few days only, then step down to a milder inhibitor, because estrogen pushed too low costs libido and joint comfort.
Hot flushes, night sweats, nausea, vomiting, appetite loss, constipation or diarrhoea, heartburn, abdominal pain, weight changes, muscle, joint and bone pain, tiredness, headache, dizziness, weakness, swelling of the hands and feet, sleep problems, breast pain and hair loss are the common ones. Serious signs needing immediate medical help include chest pain, rash, swelling, breathing difficulty, unusual bleeding, severe headache, speech problems and sudden weakness or numbness in an arm or leg.
Every prescription and over-the-counter medicine, vitamin, supplement and herbal product should be listed for the prescriber before letrozole is started, since the doctor may need to change doses or monitor for effects. No specific dietary restriction is listed, and the tablet is taken with or without food. If another aromatase inhibitor is already in use, do not run the two together.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. If the next dose is almost due, skip the one that was missed and continue the regular schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for it, and speak to the prescriber before stopping the medicine, since letrozole is taken continuously.
Letroplex 2.5 mg is listed here in boxes of 100 tablets with U.S. domestic and international delivery, and the product page shows current availability and price. Every batch is GMP-manufactured and HPLC-verified with the Certificate of Analysis on file. Letrozole is a prescription medicine in most countries, so check the local rules before ordering.
