Proviron is mesterolone at 25 mg per tablet, supplied as 100 oral tablets. Mesterolone is a 1-methyl derivative of dihydrotestosterone, so it is orally active without an ester and is not converted to estrogen by aromatase. Medically it has been used in hypogonadism, where it is taken several times a day because it clears quickly. How Mesterolone Works
