How This Blend Works
Tesamorelin is a 44 amino acid GHRH analogue capped with trans-3-hexenoic acid, and its approval is the reason the molecule has the richest data of anything on this page: subcutaneous bioavailability is no higher than 4 percent, and the elimination half-life is 26 to 38 minutes, with the FDA label listing a mean of about 8 minutes for the SV form and about 11 minutes for WR after a 1.4 mg dose. The ipamorelin arm runs for roughly two hours. One injection therefore produces a pulse with two receptor routes engaged, which is the same logic as the standalone Ipamorelin vial paired with Tesamorelin.

Add bacteriostatic water down the inside wall and swirl, do not shake. Ten milligrams with 2 ml gives 5 mg/ml, so 0.1 ml carries 500 mcg and reads as 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe; with 5 ml the same vial is 2 mg/ml and 10 units hold 200 mcg. Community material injects subcutaneously on an empty stomach, often before sleep, and the closest premixed alternative with a longer GHRH arm is the CJC-1295 no DAC blend. Reported side effects for the class include injection-site reactions, fluid retention and edema, joint aches and glucose shifts.
