Product overview

Arimixyl 1 mg - Anastrozole Aromatase Inhibitor Tablets, 100 Tabs

Arimixyl 1 mg is an oral tablet of anastrozole, a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor, supplied as 100 tablets of 1 mg each. Anastrozole is approved as endocrine therapy for postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive breast cancer. In training the same enzyme block is used for on-cycle estrogen control, because part of the testosterone taken as a base is converted into estrogen.

How Arimixyl Works

The aromatase enzyme turns androgens into estrogens, and anastrozole binds it reversibly so that conversion slows and estradiol falls. That is a different route from a selective estrogen receptor modulator such as Nolvaxyl, which leaves estradiol in place and blocks the receptor instead. Both are used when water retention or breast tenderness appears on a base like Testoxyl, but only an aromatase inhibitor lowers circulating estradiol. Because the fall can overshoot and leave joints dry, a second inhibitor such as Letroxyl is kept as an alternative rather than stacked with it.

Dosage & Administration

In its approved use anastrozole is one 1 mg tablet once a day with or without food. On a cycle the tablet is started only after estrogen side effects or blood work call for it, and the dose is adjusted rather than fixed. If a dose is missed, it is taken as soon as remembered unless the next tablet is almost due, in which case it is skipped and the schedule continues. A suppressive course is followed by recovery support such as Nolvadex, while a related inhibitor such as Aromaxyl covers the same need when it is chosen instead. Follow your prescribing physician's instructions.

Stacks

On-Cycle Estrogen Control: Arimixyl + Testoxyl

Testoxyl at a steady weekly dose + Arimixyl 0.5-1 mg every day or every other day, added only if estrogen side effects appear.

Outcome: water and breast tenderness kept in check while estradiol stays measurable.

PCT: required - the testosterone base suppresses natural production; run Nolvadex 20 mg daily for 4 weeks after the last shot.

Tender Chest Support: Arimixyl + Nolvaxyl

Nolvaxyl 20 mg daily for receptor cover + Arimixyl at the lowest dose that holds estradiol in range for two to four weeks.

Outcome: one agent lowers estradiol, the other shields the receptor, so the dose of each stays low.

PCT: required when the cycle includes a suppressive compound; the SERM block is continued into recovery.

Consult a healthcare professional before any cycle. When a stack includes compounds that suppress natural testosterone, PCT is required. Dosages reflect common community protocols.

FAQ

Before you ask

Questions, answered

Arimixyl 1 mg is an oral anastrozole tablet, an aromatase inhibitor approved for postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive breast cancer. In training the same tablet is used for on-cycle estrogen control, because a share of the testosterone taken as a base is converted into estradiol by the aromatase enzyme. It lowers that conversion rather than blocking the receptor.

The approved schedule is one 1 mg tablet once a day at the same time, with or without food. In a cycle it is usually started at a lower rate, every other day or 0.5 mg daily, and only after estrogen side effects or blood work call for it. A clinician sets the final dose and duration.

Common effects are hot flushes, joint and muscle aches, weakness, headache, nausea, mood changes and skin rash. Because estradiol also protects bone and lipids, long use is linked to lower bone density, higher cholesterol and raised liver enzymes. Get medical help for chest pain, breathlessness or swelling in one leg.

Estrogen products such as hormone replacement therapy or combined oral contraceptives work against it, and tamoxifen lowers anastrozole blood levels, so the two are not combined. Alcohol is not a direct interaction, but heavy drinking adds liver strain and makes cholesterol and blood pressure harder to read, so keep intake light and tell your prescriber about everything you take.

Take the missed tablet as soon as you remember, unless the next dose is almost due. In that case skip it and continue the normal schedule, because doubling up pushes estradiol too low and leaves joints dry and mood flat. A missing day once in a while matters less than a dose that is far too high for weeks.

Yes, the 100 tablet pack is listed here, and the product page shows current availability and restocks rather than a fixed promise, since stock moves. Every batch is GMP-manufactured and HPLC-verified with a Certificate of Analysis on file. Anastrozole needs a prescription in most countries, so check the rules where you live before ordering.
