Letroxyl 2.5 mg is an oral letrozole tablet, a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor, packed as 30 tablets. It suppresses estradiol harder than any other tablet in this class, so it is used with care, in short blocks.
GMP-manufactured, each batch HPLC-verified with a Certificate of Analysis on file. Letroxyl 2.5 mg for sale with U.S. domestic and international shipping.
Letroxyl 2.5 mg is an oral tablet of letrozole, supplied as 30 tablets of 2.5 mg each. Letrozole is approved as endocrine therapy for postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive breast cancer, as initial treatment and after tamoxifen. In training it is used for on-cycle estrogen control when estradiol has climbed well above range, because it lowers estradiol the most per milligram.
Letrozole attaches to the aromatase enzyme reversibly but very tightly, so the conversion of androgens into estrogens stops almost completely while the drug is present. That is the same route as Arimixyl and Aromaxyl, and none of the three blocks the estrogen receptor the way Nolvaxyl does. The practical difference is strength: a fraction of a letrozole tablet does what a full anastrozole tablet does, so on a base like Testoxyl it is kept for stubborn water retention and stopped once the reading is back in range.
The approved dose is one 2.5 mg tablet once a day, with or without food, and the cycle dose is far smaller, often a quarter tablet every other day, because a full tablet for weeks can flatten estradiol. Doses are decided from blood work and from how fast water and tenderness settle. If a dose is missed, take it when you remember unless the next one is close, then skip it and resume the schedule without doubling up. When a suppressive cycle ends, recovery is run with Clomixyl or another SERM, and estradiol returns to normal on its own. Follow your prescribing physician's instructions.

Before you ask
Letroxyl 2.5 mg is an oral letrozole tablet, approved as endocrine therapy for postmenopausal women with hormone receptor positive breast cancer. In training it is used for on-cycle estrogen control when estradiol is clearly too high, because letrozole suppresses the aromatase enzyme more strongly per milligram than the other tablets in its class.
The approved schedule is one 2.5 mg tablet once a day. On a cycle the dose is far lower, often a quarter tablet every other day, because a full tablet for weeks can push estradiol to almost nothing. Doses are set by blood work and by how fast water and tenderness settle, and the block is kept short.
Hot flushes, headache, joint and muscle aches, fatigue, nausea, dizziness and thinning hair are the effects most often reported. When estradiol is driven too low, dryness of joints, low mood and poor recovery follow. Longer use is linked to lower bone density, higher cholesterol and raised liver enzymes. Get urgent care for chest pain or breathlessness.
Tamoxifen lowers letrozole blood levels, so the two are not used together, and estrogen containing products work against it. Medicines broken down by the same liver enzymes, including some antifungals and anticonvulsants, can change levels and are reviewed with a prescriber. Alcohol is not a direct interaction, but heavy drinking adds liver strain. Check any new medicine with a pharmacist first.
Take it as soon as you remember when the next dose is still far off, otherwise skip it and continue as planned. Never take two doses to catch up: with a drug this strong, doubling the amount can leave estradiol suppressed for days. A missed quarter tablet is not worth compensating for, so simply resume the schedule.
